Would that be responsible of me as a news consumer?"  As the sheer amount of information available to the average person continues to grow, this question is more important now than ever.  A recent article in the New York Times suggests one way of coping.  "In an Era of Fake News, Teaching Students to Parse Fact From Fiction"  introduces a story about how sixth-graders at a Brooklyn middle school are learning to tell real news stories from ads disguised as news.
