Youth & Media at the Harvard Law School-Berkman Klein Center released Privacy & Student Data: Companion Learning Tools.  The Tools are designed to help school and district-level decision-makers to use to “create meaningful learning experiences with core faculty and staff constituencies” around ed tech and student privacy.  The Tools can be used in conjunction with the previously released guide, Privacy and Student Data: An Overview of Federal Laws Impacting Student Information Collected Through Networked Technologies, from the Cyberlaw Clinic at Harvard Law School.
